At The Rug Spa we clean ANY rug, be it contemporary, hand or machine made, Turkish, Indian, Chinese or Persian. If in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied we will return and address any issues you may have.

After our free collection service we thoroughly inspect your rug to assess the level of treatment required to bring your rug back to new.

Using the industry's most effective equipment we extract all the grit and dry soiling that gathers in your rug.

Using The Rug Spa's unique dry extraction process we remove all oil & greased based dirt.

At this stage we conduct a PH test to ensure all the colours within the rug are stable and that they will not run.

Full emersion wash in the rug spa, using environmentally friendly and wool safe shampoo and cold water, your rug is gently massaged clean using specialist machinery and brushes.

Complete rug rinse using filtered water to ensure a softer finish to the rug fibres.

Rug spinning in our centrifuge machine, removing 95% of moisture from the rug, leaving the rug slightly damp to the touch.

The rug is put on our drying rack to finish drying in a controlled environment.

Bacterial treatment using our fumigation machine we penetrate deep into the fibres of the rug killing 99% of known germs including mrsa and c diff leaving the rug clean and safe for children and pets.

Fringe finishing and final inspection, the fringes of the rug are groomed back to their new state and the rug is inspected for any missed stains or spots and treated accordingly.

Using our unique The Rug Spa machinery the pile of the rug is rejuvenated leaving the rug looking like new, before packing and delivery back to the customer FREE of charge.
